LocationFerndale Park is situated in the upper reaches of the picturesque Hunter Valley, twenty four kilometres north of Dungog in the foothills of the Barrington Tops. Just three hours drive from Sydney and less than one and a half hours from Newcastle, Ferndale Park is close enough to provide weekend getaways and midweek escapes without having to travel too far from these cities. The roads leading to Ferndale are all sealed, except for the two kilomtere entrance to the park which is a gravel. The park is set on 150 hectares of peaceful grazing country and is equipped with full amenties such as hot showers and flush toilets which are maintained on a daily basis.
