Dusodie Holiday Farm lays 17 KM north beyond the town of Dungog where the main road meanders, wooden bridges rattle, herds of cows pass to and from milking, gnarled trees line the way and galahs and rosellas flash their colour in flight.

Activities include hand feeding farm animals, yabby and perch fishing, swimming and rowing a boat, bird watching, bushwalking, senic forest drives, or just relax on the lawn while the children play in the cubby house and sand pit. Local tennis courts, horse riding and a licenced restaurant close by.

You and the children should experience it, if only once in your life ! This is the holiday that all parents want. The children are happy occupying themselves while the parents can relax, read a book and take some well earned time out.

Our great location:- Only a 2 1/2 hour drive from Sydney & even shorter from Newcastle. Description

Dusodie Is Set on the banks of the Chichester River, in the foot hills of the Chichester State Forest, 20 miniutes from Dungog, 1.5 hours from Newcastle and minutes from Chichester Dam, State Forest and Barrington Tops National Park. The Cabin and Cottage are self catering.

Destination

WHAT TO BRING:- Food, warm clothes and gumboots in winter, swimmers and a beach towel in the summer months. If you wish to play tennis, bring your own raquets and balls, as our equipment is limited.

Facilities

The cottage has three Bedrooms: two double and the other with three sets of bunk beds. There are full kitchen facilities and an indoor bathroom/toilet, a wood heater and your own BBQ with campfire area. Bed linen and bath towels are provided ! The Cabin is one bedroom with additional sleeping in the lounge area, and is also self contained. The cabin can sleep upto 6 people. .
