We have just four family farm stay cottages and four secluded luxury loft cabins all with spas and king spas fed by our own spring waters for those special nights away.

The cottages can sleep up to 8 people and have a brand new cottage kitchen with aged red gum bench tops, fully equipped including dishwasher, gas cooking and heating plus an open log fire, bathrooms with spa baths, a comfy lounge with a balcony by the creek looking into the cool sun-tropical rain forests.

The Luxury loft cabins have a secluded private setting by a creek looking into the rainforest with beautiful polished timber floors, loft designer bedroom, comfy lounge and a large balcony to relax and watch the wildlife go by.

Sharini together with husband John have been involved in the organic industry for over 20 years and know the difference of quality produce and good food, they have a passion for the environment, organic food and sustainable living. Most of the fresh produce is grown organically on the property or sourced from local growers.

Sharini makes wonderful traditional Sri-Lankan light curries and the best prawn curry ever.

For those of you who would rather be waited on you can order sumptuous organic meals in the restaurant from only $25.00

The breakfast menu will vary with the seasons and will include dishes such as freshly roasted organic granola / muesli with yoghurt or milk, seasonal fruit platters, pancakes, farm eggs, baked zucchini slice, muffins, organic fruit breads and organic homemade jams with wholemeal toasts, organic juices and a wide selection of the best organic teas and coffees.

We also have a wood fired pizza oven for the special pizza nights.

The evening meal will be a selected set menu of seasonally fresh produce of two or three courses from $35.00 dollars, half price for children. Homemade soups in winter and fresh organic salads in summer, curries of course and of all descriptions, prawn, lamb, beef, fish, chicken, vegan and vegetarian. Organic pasta dishes certified organic steaks seared the way you like it (delicious)! Roast of the day, even tasty marinated kangaroo with juniper berry sauce. Deserts are special too. Have you tried organic chocolate pudding or organic poached fruits with creamy ice cream? Sticky date pudding and apple and rhubarb crumble are always a favourite.

Horse riding only $45 for 2hrs, feed the chickens, collect eggs, pat a lamb, chase the goat, free guided tours of the farm and how sustainable farming works, learn to compost and grow your own fruit & veggie's, sustainable building and energy usage fun for kids, interesting for adults. Also free, tennis court with night lights, salt water swimming pool, swings and games room, farm animals, fishing, AUS star movies & sports DVD selection, pool table, mountain bikes, and the most beautiful sub-tropical rain forest walks on your doorstep.

There are hundreds of unique birds, mammals and rare species here, even the elusive Brumbies, Koalas, Wedge tail eagles and Frogs & Platypus in the cool clear spring waters of the creeks and rivers. This is a nature lover’s paradise and a special part of Australia.

We have a wide selection of fabulous certified red and white organic wines from around $20.00 a bottle and even the first Australian organic sparking chardonnay for that special occasion, Cooper's Real Ales of course.

Top Spot Barrington Tops

Imagine a place where the mountain grandeur is so unspoilt that the air itself is almost blue. There are four main areas offering access to the diverse beauty of the forests of the Barrington Tops region. The experience of each is different and a single visit can grant only a glimpse of the depth and complexity of these natural wonderlands.

The unique quality of this region is reflected in its listing as a World Heritage Area - the closest such area to Newcastle, and one accessible even to those with limited mobility. Barrington Tops is the habitat of an enormous diversity of plant and animal life being at the northern extremity of the range for many southern Australian species as well as the southernmost extent for many more tropical species. More than fifty plants and animals of the Barringtons are listed as rare, threatened or endangered.
